This policy covers the Android apps CipherLens Decoder and CodeX Document Suite, CodeX Enhance, plus the VOX Contract Analyzer web service.

Summary: CipherLens Decoder is designed for local, on-device document workflows. CodeX Document Suite opens documents and creates exports locally, and may send user-entered or extracted text to the CodeX public analysis adapter when the user runs cloud-assisted analysis. CodeX Enhance lets users select images and optional prompts for AI image enhancement, comparison, export, and optional AI result reporting. VOX Contract Analyzer processes submitted contract text or files to provide requested web analysis, payment, and restore-access features. Some covered Android apps may offer optional Google Play subscriptions or one-time purchases; Google Play processes payment details and the apps use purchase status to unlock, restore, and protect premium features. We do not sell personal information.

Information We Collect

We do not require account creation for the covered Android apps. The apps may process document images, document files, extracted text, or text entered by the user to provide the app's core functionality.

CipherLens Decoder

CipherLens Decoder performs OCR and text decoding on the device. The Android build reviewed for this policy does not request internet access. Images and extracted text are processed locally unless the user separately exports or shares them using device features.

CodeX Document Suite

CodeX Document Suite opens user-selected documents on the device and creates Markdown or RTF exports locally. When the user runs cloud-assisted contract analysis, the app may transmit entered or extracted contract text to the CodeX public analysis adapter over HTTPS so the requested analysis can be returned. If the adapter is unavailable, the app can fall back to local redline checks.

CodeX Enhance

CodeX Enhance imports user-selected images and uses a secure cloud-assisted AI service to provide requested image enhancement, image editing, visual comparison, and export features. When the user chooses to enhance, edit, or analyze an image, the selected image data and optional prompt text may be transmitted over HTTPS to the CodeX Enhance API so the requested result can be returned. CodeX Enhance also includes an optional Report Result feature. If a user submits a report, the selected report category and optional report details may be logged for app functionality, abuse prevention, safety review, and compliance. For cloud AI requests, the app sends a randomly generated installation identifier. The API hashes that identifier and keeps monthly request counts to enforce free usage limits. Premium users also send the Google Play product identifier and purchase token so the API can verify the subscription with Google Play. Raw identifiers and purchase tokens are not stored in the usage database.

VOX Contract Analyzer

VOX Contract Analyzer is a web service. It may process contract text, extracted PDF text, uploaded file content, checkout email, payment status, restore-access requests, and basic technical data needed for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and service operation. During beta-stage use, avoid submitting confidential or highly sensitive contracts unless you are comfortable with hosted analysis.

Permissions

Purchases And Billing

Some covered apps may offer optional subscriptions or one-time premium unlocks through Google Play Billing. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store payment card, bank account, or full payment credential details. The apps may receive purchase status, product identifiers, and purchase tokens from Google Play to unlock, restore, acknowledge, or verify premium features. CodeX Enhance may transmit its purchase token and product identifier to its API, which verifies entitlement through the Google Play Developer API. Premium entitlement status may be cached locally on the device so purchased features continue to work offline.

VOX Contract Analyzer web payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.

Analytics, Advertising, And Sale Of Data

The covered Android builds reviewed for this policy do not include advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs. CodeX Enhance records a limited set of aggregate first-party events, such as app opens, image imports, completed or failed enhancements, paywall views, and purchase-flow outcomes. These counters are grouped by day, app version, and Free or Pro tier; they do not contain image content, prompts, contact details, or a device identifier. We do not sell user data. If this changes in a future release, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated before release.

Data Sharing

We do not share CipherLens Decoder local document content with third parties through the app. CodeX Document Suite transmits text to the CodeX public analysis adapter when the user runs cloud-assisted analysis. CodeX Enhance transmits user-selected image data, optional prompts, and optional report details to service providers such as Google Cloud, Cloud Run, and Google AI/Vertex AI when needed to provide requested app functionality and safety reporting. Google Play processes CodeX Enhance purchase-token verification as a service provider. We do not sell that content. VOX Contract Analyzer may use service providers such as hosting, payment processing, email, monitoring, or storage providers when needed to operate the service.

Data Retention And Deletion

Data stored locally by the apps remains on the user's device and can be deleted by deleting app data, deleting exported files, or uninstalling the app. For questions about backend request data associated with CodeX Document Suite cloud-assisted analysis or CodeX Enhance cloud-assisted image processing and report submissions, contact us at the address below.

The CodeX Enhance API does not intentionally persist uploaded images, prompts, or generated results in its usage database. It stores pseudonymous monthly usage records containing a hash of the random installation identifier or purchase token, request counts, tier, product identifier, and entitlement expiration when applicable. These records have an automatic expiration timestamp no later than the first day of the third month after creation. Older app versions that do not provide a random installation identifier may temporarily use a hash of IP address and user-agent data for transition-period metering; raw values are not stored in the usage database. Cloud providers may retain security and service logs according to their configured retention policies.

Anonymous aggregate CodeX Enhance event counters are retained for up to 400 days so product reliability and conversion can be compared over time. They are not used for advertising profiles or cross-app tracking.

VOX Contract Analyzer beta-stage retention may depend on hosting logs, payment records, support workflows, and service diagnostics. Future versions may add account-level document history, retention controls, and deletion workflows before persistent document history is enabled.

Children's Privacy

The covered apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as the apps change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
